Delivery & Returns

We endeavour to despatch all orders received by 12pm on the same day, but please note that shipment times are estimates and we do ask for your patience during busy periods. We will send you an initial email confirming the receipt of your order, then a further email confirming despatch, please refer to these for further information on the shipment of your order. For orders placed for pre-ordered products we will aim to despatch these on the first available date, as specified when ordering those styles. Postage costs will depend on the size and weight of your order, please see below for an outline of charges -

*Please note on all non-EU shipments customs and duty charges will be issued on delivery - it is the customer's responsibility to pay for these charges. Worn By regrets it cannot calculate these charges, if you are concerned please confirm the charges with your local customs agent prior to ordering. Any goods returned, due to custom charges not being paid will be refunded minus associated charges.

We hope you are pleased with your order, however if you wish to return your purchase we will happily refund or exchange items that are sent back to us within 14 days of receipt. All we ask is that you return items in a saleable condition, unwashed & unworn, with the original packaging and labelling intact, except in the case of faulty garments.

Please note, during the Christmas period items bought in December can be exchaged/refunded up to the 1st of February. 

Exchanges - Although we are not able to refund P&P charges or returns postage, we won’t charge to send an exchanged item to you. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received, and will be subject to our stock availability.

How to return an item

1 – Please complete the returns form received with your order, indicating whether you would like a REFUND OR EXCHANGE and state the desired item(s), size, colour etc.
2 – Please return your item, securely wrapped and packaged, along with the filled in returns form to the below address-

Please note that we advise you to obtain proof of posting (free from your Post Office) as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for items lost or delayed when being returned.

We will aim to process your return within three working days of receipt. Items will be checked on return, and once verified your refund/exchange will be processed. Refunds will be processed in the original payment format. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card including VAT for all EU country customer excluding shipping charges. You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information

Please note: If we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange or refund we shall get in touch with you. Worn By reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only items which Worn By can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange, so that they have reached our returns department within the time frame outlined above (unless otherwise organised). Worn By will not accept returns or exchange goods for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or with tags removed.
