The first ever Glastonbury Festival! This poster p-Sublicised the first festival at Worthy Farm in Pilton, Glastonbury, that has today become one of the most world-renowned events in the music calendar. Only 1500 people attended the first event, headlined by T Rex and The Kinks. Today Glastonbury remains the UK’s if not Europe’s best Musical Festival – but it all started 38 years ago!
