This particular image captures Keith in good spirits customising his jeans and trainers before a gig, wearing a t -shirt from iconic strip joint The Babydoll Lounge in New York. Keith's continued lifestyle of excess away from the stage and recording studio has made him a people's hero and an outlaw to the mundane. But his guitar style, influenced by the rock'n'roll of Bo Diddley and Chuck Berry, will be his lasting legacy.
