The brilliant and original name used by Springsteen in 1971 whilst playing at The Sunshine Inn, Ashbury. The band played under this name on only two occasions,
the first on 14th May and the second, the very next day at an open air gig. Documents still exist, in Springsteen’s writing outlining the play list as ‘Sonic Boom’
